Jessica Ieritano (nee-Vaini) is a photographer, videographer and music promoter, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts & Graduate Diploma of Education (Secondary) with a double major in Journalism & Media.

Based in Perth, Western Australia, Jess has worked in the photography industry for almost 8 years, with a particular passion for Live Music Photography. Jess's passion for photography all started when she took her camera along to a local heavy metal gig in Perth back in early 2015. While she had been attending concerts since a teenager, she wasn't very familiar with anyone in the music scene, nor had she ever taken a photo of a band on a digital camera. Taking that step was the first major moment in her Photography career which cemented the idea that she knew she wanted to pursue this professionally.

2023 saw JV Photo & Film step into the area of Gig Bookings and Event Management, with the creation and launch of the inaugural Electric Eye Heavy Fest. Featuring a line-up of 10 bands that showcased the many sub-genres of heavy music, from the classic to the extreme. The festival proved to be a huge success and will return bigger and better in 2024.

Throughout Jess's career, she has worked with countless local Western Australian bands, as well as photographing some of the world's biggest musical acts within the 'metal' genre from the likes of KISS, Slayer, Ghost, Judas Priest, Parkway Drive, Killswitch Engage, Machine Head and many more.
