About
Jessica Ieritano (nee-Vaini) is a photographer, videographer and school teacher, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts & Graduate Diploma of Education (Secondary) with a double major in Journalism & History.
Based in Perth, Western Australia, Jess has worked in the photography industry for almost 8 years, with a particular passion for Live Music Photography. Jess's passion for photography all started when she took her camera along to a local heavy metal gig in Perth back in early 2015. At this point, she had been attending live shows for many, many years, however she wasn't very familiar with anyone in the music scene, nor had she ever taken a photo of a band on a digital camera. Taking that step was the first major moment in her Photography career which cemented the idea that she knew she wanted to pursue this professionally.
Throughout Jess's career, she has photographed some of the world's biggest acts within the 'metal' genre from the likes of KISS, Slayer, Ghost, Judas Priest, Anthrax, Opeth, Machine Head, Behemoth, Mayhem, Obituary, Killswitch Engage, Parkway Drive and more.
Jess has always dreamed to become a full-time touring music photographer.
